New Orleans Inspired Designs
The French Quarter design is considered the “original” New Orleans style gas lantern. These lanterns are the ones found on the famous “Bourbon Street” sign that seems to symbolize New Orleans and are found everywhere throughout the city. Their graceful, four sided designs hold a classic look yet puts out brilliant light. The French Quarter design can be mounted flush to a wall or mounted on a variety of brackets. The most popular bracket by far is the hanging yoke bracket which suspends the lantern from a ceiling.
The Six Sided French Quarter Lantern is a more formal version of this popular design but adds an additional two panes of glass so the lantern has, literally, six sides.
