Keeler is also skilled at resolving disputes and served as an expert witness in litigation of this sort, as well as related tax and professional negligence cases.

    Keeler is an accomplished lecturer, speaking regularly before estate planning councils, local and state bar associations and trial lawyer organizations. He taught estate planning for more than a decade at California State University.

    Keeler is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (J.D., 1973) and the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1970).
