Ms. Yeager will be presenting at the afternoon roundtable session on May 6 titled "Sexual Harassment 2013 - What Must an Employer Do to Comply with Ellerth and Does Ellerth Matter Anymore?" This is the fourth time she has been invited to participate in the high-profile conference on the Cornell University campus.

According to Ms. Yeager, the Labor and Employment Law Roundtable represents the perfect gathering place for company executives, practicing lawyers and "outside the box" academic thinkers to brainstorm about the best ways to handle the many pressing issues affecting employers in the hospitality industry. Other important industry issues that will be discussed at the event include union contracts, non-union employer policies and retaliation claims. Each session includes a short research presentation, open-ended remarks, guiding questions by the moderator and discussions with panelists.
