Gardere Wynne Sewell has earned top national and metropolitan rankings in the 2013 "Best Law Firms" listing published by U.S. News & World Report and The Best Lawyers in America.

Compiled by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers®, the annual "Best Law Firms" rankings recognize the nation's top firms in different practice areas. According to the publishers, Gardere's selection to the 2013 list illustrates the Firm's unique combination of legal excellence and breadth of expertise.
Gardere's Tax Litigation practice scored first-tier national honors, and the Firm's Austin-based Government Relations practice earned first-tier metropolitan honors. In Dallas and Houston, Gardere earned first-tier metropolitan honors for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Defense: White Collar - Governmental Investigations, Environmental Law, Family Law, Mergers & Acquisitions Law, Patent Law, Tax Law, Technology Law and Trust & Estates Law.
