March 13, 2008 - GAO Tek Inc. has releases a new GAO ATEB40x. The GAO ATEB40x ARM Evaluation Board enables real-time code development and evaluation for the GAO AT91x40 series processors with its various memory options.
The GAO ATEB40x ARM Evaluation Board consists of a mother-board and a daughter-board. The daughter board is a micro-controller core that can be one of the following:
• AT91M40800 daughter board, with 8kb of on-chip SRAM
• AT91R40807 daughter board, with 136kb of on-chip SRAM
• AT91R40008 daughter board, with 256kb of on-chip SRAM
GAO ATEB40X ARM EVALUATION BOARD HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS:
• Evaluation Board based on the AT91x40 series processors
• 5.0V DC-only power supply
• Two serial ports
• Reset push button
• Four user-defined push buttons
• A footprint of a 256kb, 16-bit SRAM (upgradeable to 512kb)
• 1 Mb 16-bit flash
• 16-pin LCD expansion connector
• 20-pin JTAG interface connector
