March 04, 2008 - Toronto, ON – GAO Tek Inc. has releases a new UNet-ICE for ARM . GAO UNet-ICE for ARM is a new-generation, high-speed real-time JTAG emulator. The UNet-ICE connects to the host PC using a USB or an Ethernet port, and connects to the ARM target board using a JTAG interface allowing flash programming and debugging.
SPECIFICATION OF THE UNET-ICE FOR ARM :
• JTAG interface (20-pin IDC port) for connecting to target board
• USB and 10/100 Mbit Ethernet port for connecting to host PC
• Reset and Update buttons
• External power supply socket and power switch
• Red, green, yellow operational state indicator
FEATURES OF THE UNET-ICE FOR ARM :
• Supports all ARM7 and ARM9 series kernel CPU
• Supports Windows 98 / NT / 2000 /XP host
• Supports two hardware breakpoints / two data breakpoints / unlimited software breakpoints (dependent on ARM core)
• Supports GAO IDE, ARM ADS and ARM SDT debugger
• Downloading and debugging speeds of 200 up to 800kbps
• Supports Internet sharing and remote debugging amongst development team
• Firmware upgradeable via software
