GAO Tek Announces New PCMCIA Emulator Based on TI DSP Technology

GAO Tek Inc. (http://www.GAOTek.com) recommends its new PCMCIA TI DSP Emulator (GAO TDS510), which is based on Texas Instruments’ XDS510 technology and is designed to be used with digital signal processors (DSPs) operating between 1.0 and 5.0 volts. The emulator itself is a bus-powered PCMCIA device.


(1888PressRelease) November 11, 2008 - Toronto, Canada – GAO TDS510 supports TI DSP with a JTAG interface such as C240X, F28X, VC33, C5000, C6000, TMS470 (ARM) and OMAP platforms. It is compatible with Type II PCMCIA interfaces. Because there are no jumpers and no switch settings, it is simple to connect. This well-designed emulator is compliant with TI Code Composer Studio IDE debug tool and Windows 2000/XP/2003.

GAO’s new PCMCIA Emulator provides features as follows:
• Based on TI XDS510 technology.
• Supports TI DSP with a JTAG (IEEE 1149.1) interface: C240X, F28X, VC33, C5000, C6000, TMS470 (ARM) and OMAP platforms.
