March 10, 2009 - Toronto, Canada - GAO Instruments Inc. has released a transmission analyzer (GAO-1CS 2M) specially designed for measuring the error rate of data communication and for the analysis of line faults and their causes.
GAO's easy-to-operate digital transmission analyzer can be used to test digital channels with 2Mbit/s interfaces and with V.24/V.28/RS232, V.35, V.36, RS449, X.21, RS485, EIA530, EIA530A, and equi-directional 64kbit/s interfaces. This analyzer supports multi-task operation and can communicate with a PC allowing for test date storage, analysis and printing. As many as 9 test settings and 20 groups of test results can be stored and, in the event of power failure, results are kept in un-board memory.
