October 23, 2007 - Northern, Virginia – GAMUT Systems has developed a new metal Adjustable Tilt & Swivel Stand. This metal stand will work for Payment Solutions of all types including, Payment Terminals, Transaction Terminals, Pin Pads, Multi-Lane Terminals and Kiosks—just as their plastic stands do today.
This newly engineered stand is constructed of sheet metal and is designed to subtly enhance the payment terminal’s image by promoting strength and reliability. This is not just another metal stand where tilts and swivels are achieved by metal rotating on metal or by rotating on screws.

GAMUT Stands employ O-ring technology which allows a ‘buffer’ to be created between moving pieces. This buffer creates drag and helps eliminate unnecessary movement, which in turn maintains the integrity of the signature and card swipe. The ATS model stands are ADA compliant and compatible with products from Hand Held, Ingenico, Hypercom, Verifone, Symbol and TOPAZ.
ATS metal and plastic stands are designed for long-term growth and manufactured in the USA. By adding a new faceplate the stand will support newer models of payment terminals increasing the useful life and value of the original investment.
