However, the company exceeded expectations because of strong demand for several products lines including: FUF chairs, Chillum chairs, Tink couches, and pillows.
Sales for pillows were nearly triple the forecasted amount, and company officials noted that corduroy pillows have been one of the best selling items. FUF pet beds also sold well during the quarter, as many dog owners wanted to replace their traditional dog bed with a FUF product for their pet.
According to David Vallone of BuyFUF.com, he expects continued sales growth during the next two quarters. "Sales should be especially strong for products in our twill, suede, and corduroy fabrics," stated Vallone.
