In his statement today, Kasko said that "this new partnership will allow potential candidates to identify jobs that Frontline is working on sooner." Kasko went on to say, "The ability for Frontline to get information out to the marketplace as soon as possible due to the hot job market is key not only for the Frontline candidates but to candidates that have no idea about the positions. We will utilize a new function offered by Nounemployment.com called the Referral Reward program."
Referral rewards is a program that allows the company to offer a monetary reward to candidates that assist in the finding of potential candidates for positions if they get the job. "If you help refer a candidate that gets hired for a job, you earn a Referral Reward. " Kasko said. "Frontline has had a referral program on our website for sometime, www.frontlinesourcegroup.com/referrals , but this is the first time we have incorporated this into a job posting board." Kasko went on to say "we will still utilize our internal site as the main location for referrals but are hoping that expanding our bandwidth deeper in the marketplace will help to identify additional resources for our clients."
