November 25, 2007 - Friends United Network does it again and fails to pay investors for the 35th month in a row. The company who's motto is "To break the chains of poverty through interactive sharing. To assist individuals in building their own peace and security, linked by the synergy of mutual involvement." Has failed for another week to pay initial members who began with the program back in January of 2005.
They have used every excuse in the book, Homeland Security holding up the funds, to the IRS, banking officials running with the funds, wiring numbers getting lost, then having to renew wiring numbers because the time ran out on them, oh don't forget the holidays and the ends of the month banks love to hold onto the money, and the best one of all the banker is having difficulty getting the funds transfered all the while the banker is moving into his multi million dollar home.
Friends United Network continues to claim that they are the guarantor on these program on source stated Friends United Network was penalizing themselves at 10% for each month that passes buy with no payment. Well that's just fantastic until the FTC or SEC steps in and shuts the business down for illegal activity.
Currently Friends United Network has created more programs like the founders club where for $600 you can buy shares which continue to stay open until the funds arrive. It surprises me how many people continue to buy into the hype that they will be making $40,000 for a small investment of $400.
While Friends United Network has some very interesting programs most have not even started due to lack of funding. What most people don't know getting into with this organization is all of the initial investors have never seen one red cent from the company. That's kind of important when looking for a worthy investment opportunity or even for a business opportunity which Friends United Network claims to be for Network Marketers. I know a lot of individuals who have made well over the six digit mark with a home based business over this 35 months these poor investors have not even seen except for excuses and empty promises. In fact, members cannot even get their money back until the initial funds come in.
