The process is as follows:
Visit the website http://www.unitedstatesrxcard.com/PR01 and enter in your first/last name, email (optional) and zip code. Click the "Create my Card Now!" button and the next screen will generate a personalized prescription card with your name on it. Print out your personalized card using a computer printer and use it at a participating pharmacy such as (Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Target pharmacies, Wal-mart, etc...) A complete list of pharmacies is available on the company website.
The Free Rx Card provided by UnitedStatesRxcard.com is an Rx Savings program, not insurance. The user must present the UnitedStatesRxCard at checkout in order to receive prescriptions savings.
