April 24, 2008 - Peter R. Marsh Foundation, “Dedicated to Helping Small Business Leaders Succeed” The Peter R. Marsh Foundation will hold a workshop to help educate small business leaders in core business practices on Thursday April 30th, at 9am-12pm, at Clark College.
Cost and time are big obstacles for small business owners to overcome in order to develop themselves as leaders in their industry. The Peter R. Marsh Foundation is “Dedicated to Helping Small Business Leaders Succeed.” The Peter R. Marsh Foundation is partnering with local organizations to offer this free workshop to owners or managers of small businesses.
This seminar will focus on small business employee practices including:
• Compensation Plans that Inspire Employee Performance
• Defining Employee Work Standards
• Hiring and Keeping Great Employees
• A Simple, Super-Effective Leadership Principle
“Powerful Practices for the Small Business Leader” workshop is based largely on our presenter’s own in-the-trenches wisdom and will cover critical must do’s for every small business owner from the “dreamer” to the “doer.” The presenter, Pete Marsh, is a highly successful entrepreneur who owns and operates five local companies: Adair Homes, Adair Financial Services, Pacific Crest, Inter Pak, and Custom Cabinets 2 Day.
