July 17, 2007 - UK based companies interested in Electronic Document and File Management can, for a limited period, obtain a full version of Instate’s Document Imaging Software ( iN-FILE) completely free of charge.
Businesses will be free to keep this copy of iN-File which retails for over £2,000 irrespective of whether or not they decide to buy additional licenses or services from the company.
“We’re essentially giving away our software,” confirms Managing Director, Roger Deakin.
“We’re confident that businesses who try iN-File will be sufficiently impressed with the product and services we offer that they’ll buy additional licenses and services from us in the future”

Instate, however, recognizes the need to do something different “When it comes to Document Imaging a lot of businesses are still skeptical . They don’t believe Document Imaging will work in their particular organization, or save them any time or money. Others simply think scanning in documents is too time consuming and managing documents electronically is too difficult or expensive to implement.” explains Managing Director, Roger Deakin.
A lot of Document Imaging providers already offer Demonstrations and Free Trials
“But I think businesses deserve something extra – they’re giving up their time to meet with us, to try a product that they’re often skeptical about. We wanted to do something different - To provide a valuable, worth while, incentive for those companies who are reluctant to learn about Document Imaging but could really benefit from the technology on offer.”
This offer excludes existing Instate customers. Is valid only for UK based businesses with 15 (Fifteen) or more office workers and Only 1 (one) copy of iN-FILE (full server license) will be given to each qualifying company.
