June 14, 2008 - The new professional services firm FPV & Galíndez, CPA, PSC has been launched as a result of a merger of FPV & Co., a member of Russell Bedford International since 2004, and Galíndez CPA Group.
The merger brings together four exceptional accounting and tax professionals: Rafael Pérez Villarini, CPA and Marcos Claudio, CPA from FPV & Co. and Julio Galíndez, CPA and Carmen Lliteras, CPA from Galíndez CPA Group.
The new Russell Bedford member firm has a total staff of 34 professionals, of whom 13 are certified public accountants. The combined client portfolio comprises over 150 clients in the areas of audit and accounting, taxes and consulting.
The team from Galíndez CPA Group specializes in providing accounting and consulting services to the health and insurance industries. FPV’s main client sectors include construction, real estate developers, auto dealerships, government bodies and non-profit organizations.
“This fusion will allow us to broaden our capabilities as we expand our range of specialized services, which we firmly believe will be of great benefit to our clients,” commented partner Julio Galíndez.
