March 11, 2009 - Former jail inmate, Steven Gib, decided to turn his life around and help others, so he created a website that provides valuable self defense information on how to stay safe and it's very unique.
It's called http://www.howtofightandwin.com and it gives ordinary people a hard nosed approach to dealing with violence in any setting, showing them how to react, respond and survive a violent attack.
Now a self proclaimed, "good guy" Steve had the following to say, "I've been on the other side of the law, and then turned my life around after being released from jail. There is gangs, drug addicts, muggers and rapists that victimize people. So I figured I could share good advice." The news and media are filled with daily violence, something Steve used to be a part of.
It wasn't until he found Buddhism that his life changed. He believes he is helping the world as a whole with his website he runs from his small bachelor suite apartment. Steven continued by saying, "I've been a bouncer, I've been in a lot of dangerous situations, and believe if I can help prevent someone from being a victim of violence, I've succeeded."
It provides unique information on things like being aware, self defense techniques, a free weekly newsletter and products he's created. With a rash of violence across the country it's a good thing this former rebel has now found a cause.
