March 07, 2007 - Aqua Resource Group, also known as Aqua RG, seems to have closed down and left many real estate agents and mortgage lenders in a state of disarray. In addition to the many complaints at the Better Business Bureau, where they have an F rating, Aqua RG has left thousands of former clients with seven night cruise certificates that are no longer valid.
Fortunately, Promote with Travel is helping many former Aqua RG clients by providing them with better certificates and better fulfillment at about half the cost.
"We don't offer all of the other services that Aqua said they provided," says Joe Wright, marketing director for Promote with Travel, "but we are here to help their former clients with reputable cruise certificates they can get quickly to continue their successful marketing." Promote with Travel started receiving calls around the middle of 2006 from Aqua RG clients who were upset with the lack of service they were being provided, especially considering the amount of money they forked out up front. Then, earlier this year they started receiving calls from former Aqua RG clients who stated that the company's telephone numbers seem to be disconnected and that they could not contact anyone. "We cannot fulfill the certificates they have from Aqua, but we can provide them with cruise certificates that will provide a much better experience for their clients," states Joe.
