July 01, 2009 - Folsom personal trainer, Val Fujii, is proud to announce a brand new earlier start time for his Superwomen Boot Camp. Effective Tuesday, July 7th, there will be a class offered from 6am-7am, in addition to the already popular 7am-8am class. Classes meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
“The camp is growing by demand and therefore, we felt a need to create this new, earlier start time”, Fujii says. Fujii goes on to explain, “The timing is great, especially for women who work first shift and need to get in their workout before their workday begins. And when their workday ends, that leaves them free to focus on other things, like spending time with their family or just going home to relax after a stressful day.”
