Flexcomm Monte Gold is a full-featured reference platform which is bases on Intel® IXP435 network processor with up to 667MHz core frequency provides ample performance headroom for next-generation network applications.
The IXP435 network processor is positioned to enable both cost sensitive Gateways and Converged Access Platforms (CAP). It can be applied in many occasions such as wireless residential gateways with network attached storage and print server capability, security solutions providing VPN terminal, and complete VoIP solutions for SOHO.
