Fletcher Martin Creates Interactive Game-Ad For Biolab UV For BioGuard

“The Sanitizer” Game Allows Consumers to Zap Germs in the Water Just Like BioLab UV


(1888PressRelease) May 21, 2008 - Just in time for Memorial Day, integrated marketing communications agency, Fletcher Martin (www.fletchermartin.com) launched an interactive game to educate consumers on BioGuard’s new UV sanitizing unit, BioLab UV(www.biolabuv.com). The banner-ad game is designed to entice consumers to click-and-play, while providing product details about UV. In the game, created using Pointroll, players can target and shoot bacteria and germs as they appear in the water before they reach an unsuspecting swimmer.

Once all the creatures in the pool are eliminated, you have the opportunity to click onto a website describing more information about BioGuard's UV System."

Just in time for pool season, the banner-game will appear on the Scripps Network, HGTV.com, DIY.com, and FineLiving.com, as well as the Backyard Fun section of www.bioguard.com/us. The target audience is both current and soon-to-be pool owners.

BioLab UV, the UV Supplemental Sanitizing Unit from BioGuard, utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light technology to assist the primary sanitizer in providing an additional layer of protection against viruses, bacteria, cysts and protozoa. When used with a recommended BioGuard pool treatment system, the BioLab UV technology improves swimmer comfort and allows chlorine to work more efficiently against harmful contaminants.
