January 28, 2008 - Catch Your Eye Designs announced today that a portion of their sales of Flag Fly Masks will be donated to Veterans Outreach, a non-profit corporation committed to supporting and strengthening our communities by assisting those men and women who, when answering the call to duty, protected those same communities by serving their nation.
We are pleased to be able to support the men and women and their families currently serving in Iraq provided by Veterans Outreach, said Faith Narkiewicz, co-owner of Catch Your Eye Designs. It is philosophy to give back to organizations such as this one who support those in need.
"We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Catch Your Eye Designs for actively assisting the men and women who have put their lives in harm's way for our country We also wish to express our gratitude to Catch Your Eye Designs for honoring our Center by choosing our agency to provide that assistance," said Bruce Linnell, Executive Director of Veterans Outreach.
Veterans Outreach annually provides free services to over 1,000 people through three primary programs:
Combat related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder services including professional psychological counseling, peer counseling, and support groups for vets and family members.
State and federal benefits counseling and education, including disability claims representation. Our National Service Officers are accredited by the Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) to accept a claimant's power of attorney and represent the veteran's interest directly with the VA.
Ancillary services include emergency needs assistance, transportation, and referrals to other federal, state, and community programs.
