  • (1888PressRelease) February 15, 2017 - As part of quality control in accordance with the 5L-CiC (Five Level Control of Incoming Components) technology is checked:
    • the quality of the raw material from which products are manufactured;
    • observance of technology, formulation, and other factors affecting the quality of products;
    • receiving and processing feedback from consumers

    With this technology, developer has the ability to most effectively monitor not only the process of manufacturing products, but also to receive feedback from the end user and to continuously improve its products.

    5L-CiC Steps
    The technology is based on five quality control stages.
    1. A preliminary analysis of the product ingredients conditions, which used in manufacture.
    At this analysis and monitoring stage of the current state of each ingredient included in a future product. So, for the animal and plant ingredients, controlled landing conditions, cultivation, technological equipment, quality of used feed additives, fertilizers, and so on. For the products of chemical and pharmaceutical industry is controlled consistency of the process of preparation of components, frequency and quality of calibration elements tooling and so on. d. Each supplier is inspected at least once every 3 months.

    2. Control of transport conditions of ingredients for production.
    It controls the conditions of storage of raw materials at the warehouse provider, conformity of the vehicle sanitation, logistics, temperature and other parameters that have the effect of a possible change in the quality of the supplied ingredients.

    3. The control components of the preparation of finished products at various stages of production.
    This should include sampling and checking the status of the ingredients in each stage of production, compliance with established standards of production equipment, the lack of equipment failures, the presence of routine inspections of equipment, qualified staff and so on.

    4. Quality control of the finished product.
    Depending on the type and class, each product passes to 80 different tests to identify defects or carry products to the marriage.

    5. Getting feedback from consumers and amending the manufacturing process.
    At this stage, the control status of the finished product over time with the specified shelf life, the lack of efficiency reduction / loss of product properties as part of the claimed shelf life for different operating characteristics and storage conditions.

    Product quality ingredients directly affect the quality of the finished product, and tight 5-level control allows to make adjustments in production in time and supply products of exceptional quality.
