July 16, 2008 - Kaj Arno, VP (Community Relations), MySQL, is a special guest at the camp. During his current trip to India, Kaj is talking about the recent acquisition of MySQL by Sun and how it is going to affect the world's most popular open source database.

Sun, India, and OSSCube Solutions will play host to a number of MySQL Professionals and enthusiasts on July 29th 2008 at the MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Kaj Arno, VP (Community Relations), MySQL, currently on a trip to India, will be amongst the notable attendees of the camp.
The camp will revolve around MySQL – Product, Community and Company with a talk on 'MySQL – The Product, The Community, and the Company' by Kaj. Thava Alagu, Senior Developer, MySQL, will then talk about 'How to Contribute Code to MySQL'. The next talk would be by Sonali Minocha, Senior MySQL Consultant, OSSCube, will talk about 'Performance Optimization in Enterprise Applications'. Some more notable speakers are expected to speak at the camp.
