February 07, 2008 - Fashion designer Paulina Quintana, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against All Go U S A Inc. in Los Angeles County Superrior Court. The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that All Go U S A Inc., a freight transportation arrangement company, breached its agreement with Paulina Quintana, Inc. by failing to propertly distribute its clothing to retailers throughout the United States and to exercise reasonable care to avoid causing foreseeable harm to the company.
Paulina Quintana creates contemporary and unique clothes for girls and boys for all seasons with retro-inspired fabrics, as well as chic leather diaper bags. The lawsuit seeks in excess of $190,000 in damages.
