Farmer Palmer’s farm is a family business spanning three generations. It came into the family in 1956 building up to a 110 cow dairy. It diversified into a visitor attraction for children and their families in 1998 and in 1999 Farmer Palmer Senior sold off the herd to a local Purbeck farmer.
The farm, which employs 14 full time and more than 40 part time staff, now boasts a variety of animals, including ponies, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, cows, chickens and donkeys |
