“I’ve always been convinced that just because food is served quickly does not mean that it should lack in quality,” said Pierre Panos, owner of f2o. “We’re all looking for a restaurant that can provide fresh, wholesome and satisfying meals at the right price without spending hours dining out. Pierre Panos is well-versed in the Atlanta Restaurant scene. He is responsible for some of the area’s most well-known concepts in the city including the Brookwood Grill and Stoney River. His managing partner and f2o corporate chef Jesse Gideon worked with Panos to develop the menu and will be responsible for overseeing the franchise units. Panos and Gideon recognized the need among Atlantans for a dining alternative that was both fast and fresh and affordable, thus the concept of f2o was born.
The menu uses only the best ingredients from beginning to end. From the lettuce and vegetables to proteins and sauces, f2o offers a fresher and exciting dining alternative. The ingredients look and taste different from other restaurants– because they are.
Some highlights of the f2o menu:
• Famous Salads that feature hand-selected lettuces, unique dressings made in-house and protein additions, such as apricot miso calamari, seared tofu and almond rosemary crusted tuna steak.

• 3/4 Plates that include Bourbon steak with garlic cheese grits and wilted greens, Brown Sugar Roasted Pork Loin with sweet mash and apricot chutney and Fire Grilled Salmon with Black bean orange sauce and Wheat Berry rice. In addition to the above, the Executive chef prepares a creative daily special.
