Gaithersburg, MD based Chicken Out and East Coast Ruth's Chris Steakhouse franchisee Big Steaks have signed with EZ Dine, a product of EZ Software Solutions. The company provides point of sale software and hardware solutions for restaurant and retail businesses.
The agreements result in an additional 40 locations. "Because of the superior customer service, price and options for customization it was an easy decision" said Chicken Out CEO Rick Hindin. Steve de Castro operating 11 east coast Ruth's Chris Steakhouse restaurants as well as an additional 7 independent restaurants claimed "the flexibility, reliability and price convinced his company to make the switch to the EZ Dine product".
EZ Software solutions was founded in Indianapolis, IN in 2001 by Information Technology Executive Ali Hessaraki has expanded into 11 states and has established a West Coast support office in San Diego, CA. EZ Dine expansion marketing is handled by Tom Coyle at MZD Restaurant and Retail Development.
