Thompson, author of ‘Every Generation Needs A New Revolution’, and President of Life Path Solutions, was recently interviewed at the Total Success Now blog regarding a subject that holds interest for every business enterprise in America – the changing landscape of modern business communication between companies and employees and how generational issues affect every company’s profitability, both externally and internally.
“We have four distinct generations in most work environments”, stated Ms. Thompson, “it is only human nature that there will be conflict, differences of opinion, and sometimes sheer chaos in the office.
