July 09, 2008 - Sowine allows users to bring two bottles of wine (white or red) to the ideal serving temperature and to store them in an airtight environment for up to 10 days after opening. Sowine features two completely separate compartments that can be set to the temperature best suited to the type of wine. It also helps to preserve the wine by automatically removing any air from within the storage compartment, so as to protect the bottles from oxidation. Sowine is designed for use in the home, but it is also suitable for use in hotels, restaurants, bars and boats.
Sowine is the result of 10 months of R&D by EuroCave. The product is designed to reflect current trends towards reduction in alcohol consumption, as it enables consumers to enjoy a single glass of wine without the need to finish the bottle. Sowine allows drinkers to enjoy wine at their own pace over several days, always at the right temperature and with the quality preserved.
