September 01, 2009 - While former BC Kalev Cramo Shooting Guard Josh Pace prepares for the NBA D-League 2009 draft in November, his agent Nate McCray with DSM will be attempting to recover over several thousands of dollars in incentive bonus money plus overdue interest that the player earned per his contract during this past season.
McCray states that Kalev Cramo General Manager, Remo Holsmer and the team lawyer Janno Kuusk of Seppik & Sirel have fabricated repeatedly as to when Pace would be paid and won't return numerous efforts to communicate to get the situation resolved.
McCray also stated that he will warn SDG, 24 Seconds Basketball and St. Agency, all who are agencies of players Kalev just signed last week for the upcoming season. He advised that the agencies needed to be warned of the way the team operates business and their lack of adhearing to their own contracts.
"Josh earned those bonuses per his contract and Kalev Cramo hasn't made any effort to honor the contract, but I will do everything it takes to make sure they resolve their debt", advised McCray.
In the meantime McCray will continue to work at getting valid terms as to when the team will pay the bonus to Pace.
