July 15, 2009 - Through a rebranding effort Envision Creative Group, an Austin based graphic design and advertising agency, has set Penco on a course for national growth and success. After 39 years of continued success using their old logo, Penco decided that a fresh look would set the stage to reach new clients in a growing market.
Though they had a 98% retention rate, getting the attention of new and larger clients was a challenge. In an effort to fix that, Envision has been working with Penco since late 2008 to create an updated brand that will help them continue to dominate the nationwide multifamily reconstruction industry. Since then they have developed an entirely new identity through the use of a logo, brochures and advertisements, a website, and various supporting marketing materials. All of these materials have been very well received by existing clients and new prospects.
