May 14, 2008 - Envision Creative Group, a full-service Austin based graphic design and advertising agency, is rewarding all employees for it’s 2007 success with a trip to Mexico. In 2007 Envision more than doubled it’s revenue over 2006 and David Smith, President and owner of Envision Creative Group, has decided that the reason for the large amount of growth was the hard work and dedication of all of his employees. Therefore, a trip to Tulum, Mexico is in the very near future.
Mr. Smith has booked several cabanas at a small resort on the beach to reward his hard working employees with a little relaxation. Each employee will bring their significant other and stay for five days and four nights with no meetings or responsibilities. “My employees are extremely dedicated to the success of our clients and because of that we had an incredible year. The great thing is, we didn’t even raise our prices. We just started working with a lot of great new clients.”
New goals have been set for 2008 as Mr. Smith would like to reward his employees every year. The goal is not as aggressive as doubling in revenue over 2007 but it is enough to justify the trip, and keep everyone focused on the same goals. According to Mr. Smith, that goal is to "make our clients successful. When our clients make money they will always want to continue to work with us."
