October 16, 2008 - Entrex, and its capital market for public and private entrepreneurial companies, is a sponsor of the quarterly investment conference of FSX, the national organization of independent broker/dealer firms of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The conference, “Experience the Rising Tide of Business with FSX,” takes place Oct. 16-18 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Resort & Spa.
“This is a good venue to discuss Entrex’s new investment tool, the TIGRcubTM, for funding both public and private companies,” said Stephen H. Watkins, founder and CEO of Entrex.
Watkins will roll out his new Top-Line Income Generation Rights Certificates (TIGRcubs™), a hybrid non equity non debt capital solution for efficient funding of $5 million to $250 million growth-oriented companies. TIGRcubs™ provide regular income distributions to investors, and feature a non-dilutive capital solution to issuers.
Watkins will discuss the proprietary TIGRcubs™ concept, educate FSX members about the benefits of this new securities structure, and highlight the $1.2 billion in funds forming to invest in TIGRcub™ securities.
“TIGRcubs™ operate simply by exchanging a sum of capital for a fixed percentage of a company’s top-line revenue for an agreed upon period of time,” said Watkins. “They offer a standardized structure, whose terms vary as a function of the issuer’s operating history and growth outlook, and provide an efficient and simple structure for private company financing transactions of $1-50 million and greater.”
FSX is the premier investment conference organization in the United States. Founded in 1983, it is a national organization comprised of independent FINRA broker/dealer firms. Through a series of regularly scheduled conferences, FSX brings these firms together to share information and showcasing investment opportunities.
