July 02, 2009 - Cordova, TN Enigma Games (enigma-games.com) has partnered with the Memphis College of Art to offer an internship for MCA students. This is a unique opportunity for students to develop their own projects under the direction of veteran art lead Chris Hildenbrand and to gain valuable practical experience.
The first intern has enrolled for Summer 2009, and is currently working on Wargods Online (wargods-online.com). Students will be graded at the end of their internship based on communication and fundamental growth, and they will receive college credit for successfully completing the program.
“Internships provide an invaluable learning experience for students and often improve their chances of getting hired in their field of study once they graduate from school,” says Susan Miller, Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services at Memphis College of Art. “Community partnerships such as this with Enigma Games are essential to MCA’s commitment to stay on the cutting edge as a professional center of art and design education and to play an integral role in the cultural and economic life of the city and the region.”
