  • Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) July 30, 2011 - Endeavor is proud to announce the appointment of two senior level resources that will bring extensive backgrounds in their respective areas of expertise to the company as the newest members of operations management. Patrick Kinsella has been hired as Senior Manager in Endeavor's Operations Strategy Group. Henry Williams has joined as Senior Manager of Logistics.

In the role of Senior Manager in Endeavor's Operations Strategy Group, Patrick Kinsella brings to the table a plethora of experience that he will draw upon in his efforts to improve operational efficiencies while ensuring sustained profitability through the implementation of scalable processes. Considering his background in leading strategic change in entrepreneurial organizations and implementing best practices, Kinsella is the ideal fit for Endeavor's Operations Strategy Group, which continually works to enhance processes that will benefit customers, Field Engineers, and internal staff. In his role, Kinsella looks forward to driving superior service for customers and profitable growth for shareholders by utilizing collaborative technology tools to increase quality and reduce manual processes across the operations organization.

Kinsella previously served as Business Development Manager with Concord Technology Alliance, where he developed new service offerings, marketing partnerships and customer profitability enhancements while managing Concord's utility communications business. He also served as a consultant for Accenture, leading teams responsible for various aspects of SAP implementations including multi-site call center telephony integration, process improvement initiatives, and system performance enhancement at multiple Fortune 1000 clients. Kinsella holds a B.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Emory University Goizueta Business School. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is working directly with Keith Berger, Senior Vice President of Operations, who is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Henry Williams will leverage his extensive background in supply chain management as the Senior Manager of Logistics for Endeavor. Endeavor's logistics team manages the company's 3PL offerings, which include the warehousing, configuration, kitting, shipping, and reverse logistics of CPE for customers. In his role, Williams will work to enhance the efficiency and overall service levels of the logistics organization through streamlining processes and implementing best practices. Logistics-related reporting to ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time arrivals are a key initial focus for Williams.

Williams previously served as Senior Demand Planner for Reckitt Benckiser, where he developed inventory strategies and assessed risks to forecast projections. He also served as Supply Chain Manager for SSL, where his responsibilities included instituting procurement and planning strategies for annual purchases, as well as overseeing a team who performed demand requirement planning and inventory analysis for 35,000 retail stores. In addition, Williams previously served as Logistics Analyst for Hardin's Sysco. Williams holds a B.S. degree in Logistics and Transportation at the University of Tennessee and an M.B.A from Mercy University's Stetson School of Business.

"We are very pleased to add two highly experienced senior managers to our operations team," said Justin McLain, Endeavor's Chief Executive Officer.
