June 18, 2008 - EDMONTON, ALBERTA – Micralyne CEO, Chris Lumb was inspired to have Micralyne match all employee contributions to the relief efforts. A grand total of $3,530 went to support China Earthquake Relief efforts through World Vision Canada.
“This is the true demonstration of ‘Love and Humanity has no boundary’. We are deeply touched and proud to be part of Micralyne family,” said Micralyne employee Yue Fang on behalf of several key role players for the relief effort.
A powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake shook China leaving more than 20,000 dead and as many as 100,000 injured. The quake struck in China’s Sichuan province. World Vision is monitoring the situation in China and is working with Sichuan government officials to assess the situation.
