Earthbound Media Group will attend the upcoming 2009 American Marketing Association’s (AMA) Nonprofit Marketing Conference in Chicago.

Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) July 09, 2009 - Earthbound Media Group’s Account Manager John Maas and Online Marketing Analyst Dasha Farquhar will attend the 2009 American Marketing Association’s (AMA) Nonprofit Marketing Conference in Chicago, Illinois. From July 15th, 2009, through July 17th, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, the Nonprofit Marketing Conference will focus on the theme of “thriving in times of change” given the current challenges being confronted by nonprofit organizations. At this conference, EMG will have an informational booth at the conference’s exhibit hall to speak with attendees about their current challenges and potential solutions.

“From the current economic situation to shifting demographics to emerging new communication technologies, nonprofits are embracing these changes to help them innovate, survive and thrive,” explained EMG Account Manager John Maas. “Having worked with nonprofits in the past and the present, EMG empathizes with these organizations during these tough economic times. This conference will hopefully give us the opportunity to shed some light with regard to their challenges and help them discover new business opportunities.”

Over a three-day period, nonprofit marketing colleagues nationwide will congregate in the Windy City to engage in interactive, strategic sessions and tactical workshops that will equip them to accomplish more with less resources, effectively reach a multi-generational audience and harness the potential of low-cost interactive and social media marketing tools.

The event’s attendees will leave the Nonprofit Marketing Conference with the latest research insights, proven strategies as well as ready-to-use tools that will help build strong relationships and motivate donors and volunteers to take action. Keynote speakers and panelists include stakeholders from ad agencies, technology firms and nonprofit organizations including Google, Edelman Digital, Blue State Digital, Charity Partners, U.S. Fund for UNICEF, Best Friends Animal Society, Causes and National Alzheimer’s Association.
