ALi, Ph.D, P.E, S.I a Structural and Forensic engineer, the firm has been expanding slowly into forensic engineering and investigation as well as providing engineering services to real estate developers, public adjusters, architects and builders in various respective fields.
Based on the expanding work need the principals has decided to open a satellite office in West Palm Beach to serve the clients needs in Miami-Dade, broward and Palm Beach counties.
The company main line of work will be structural engineering design, Inspections, construction monitoring, Threshold Inspections, Forensic Engineering, structural design, 40 year structural certifications of buildings, both industrial, commercial, and high rise in tri county area.
EMA Structural Forensic Engineers will start the new office under same ethics and the most important asset provided to the clients will be the integrity and professionalism in our work. Our engineers analyze a structural failure, perform necessary forensic and structural analysis along with any non-destructive testing needed until satisfied that the answer to" how did it happened?" is achieved.
EMA Structural Forensic Engineers will provide services for structrual as well as forensic engineering, hurricane damage assessment, roof inspections & Consulting, roof damage assessment, structural engineering inspections, fire hail and/or wind damage, Infrared thermo graphic inspections for detecting moisture intrusion & will stand by our professional opinion.
