December 22, 2007 - EMA structural Forensic Consulting located in orlando Florida has been awarded to provide structural, forensic engineering and inspection services to a community comprising of 400 villas. The project will have a remodeling construction cost of over $7,000,000. EMA will provide all jobsite engineering services for this project which is expected to be completed by mid february 2008.
EMA has provided structural engineering services to architects, engineers, insurance companies, public adjusters, builders and developers in past years and feels to provide all services with professional ethics.
EMA will also provide forensic investigation services for above project. The project was previously been worked by another contractor who did not comply with Florida Building Code 2004. An insurance investigation will be needed to find causes and deficiencies in previous work.
