October 23, 2007 - Las Vegas, Nevada - EDO Performance, Zero Sports, Subaru of Las Vegas, and Flat4LV are proud to announce the Fourth Annual, Subie Invasion 2007 - Las Vegas during the week of the SEMA Show. Subie Invasion is a weeklong experience for Subaru owners and enthusiast alike. There will be events such as group drives, meets, car shows and a party at the Treasure Island. Please join us as we promote Subaru’s environmental and performance heritage.
You will get to meet more members of Subaru’s owners clubs than you ever knew existed. This will be the biggest Subaru event to date, bringing in members from all over the country. Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet your favorite vendors, tuners, and industry professionals who you can talk to in person and find out their secrets.
The Subie Invasion Week kicks off Thursday night November 1st 2007 with a group meet at In-N-Out Burger on West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, NV. This will be a chance to meet with many people from the Subaru community; the founder of D1 Grand Prix, Tokyo Auto Salon, and JDM Option, Mr. Daijiro Inada "DAI-Cyan" as a special guest at the event! We will be holding our raffle which last year included a wide array of parts, ranging from differential protectors to a brand new set of coil overs. Come join us to grab delicious burgers and fries from the West Coast’s famous In-N-Out burger. We will then head to Tangerine Night Club @ Treasure Island. The Subie Invasion Week’s Main Event is at Subaru of Las Vegas. The main event will include an all Subaru car show, a vendor village, and a raffle with great prizes.
This event is dedicated in the memory of Colin McRae MBE (1968-2007) (1995 World Rally Champion and ex-Subaru WRC driver). The vendors for this event include but not limited to, EDO Performance, Zero Sports, TOMEI Powered USA, Subaru of Las Vegas, PRODRIVE, K&N Filters, Royal Purple Synthetic Oil, Alpinestars and many more. The radios station Mix 94.1 Today’s Best Music Mix will also be on hand. Our final Invasion event this year will be a group drive through the Valley of Fire. In between Las Vegas and Lake Mead lies Valley of Fire, an impressive canvas of wind-sculpted red sandstone that transforms with each slight movement of the sun. It will be a drive to remember.
