EcoScraps is an organic soil manufacturer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company was established in 2009 by Daniel Blake and several other students from Brigham Young University. EcoScraps collects food waste, which would otherwise be thrown away, and through a completely organic process turns it into a high quality soil conditioner. Through this process they are able to reduce landfill waste and methane emissions. Visit www.ecoscraps.net for more information.
