May 19, 2009 - Jeremy Bonin, AIA NCARB LEED AP, Principal Architect at Bonin Architects & Associates, PLLC, has announced that Christopher Timberlake has joined the firm as an Intern Architect. In this position, Timberlake will draft designs, work directly with clients and engineering consultants on a variety of projects. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies and his Masters degree in Architecture from Norwich University, Northfield, Vermont.
Timberlake was an architectural designer for a national manufacturer of timber frame homes for five years, and for the past year was head of their design department. Chris is knowledgeable in sustainable design and green homes, timber frame homes, SIP panels, and alternative and unique building materials.
“Despite the nation being in an economic downturn, our company has remained busy, and I am very pleased to welcome Chris to our firm,” said Bonin. “His professional experience, coupled with his enthusiasm for architecture and our clients, will be a great asset to our company.”

Timberlake is active in the community, especially with youth groups and the Boy Scouts. Chris is an Eagle Scout who has achieved Silver Palm status and recently participated in a local Eagle Scout project in downtown Claremont. He is in the process of becoming a Boy Scout Troop Leader.
