September 16, 2010 - Howden, UK - Ebuyer.com has been named as Britain's top electricals retailer in a survey carried out by strategy consultancy OC&C in The Times' Business supplement.
The online electronics retailer came top of the survey, which asked consumers to mark retailers on a selection of criteria. The criteria included price, service, value, product quality, and how pleasant the customer found the shopping experience.
Commenting on the result, Ebuyer Managing Director Armando Sanchez, said: "We are thrilled to have achieved this accolade and couldn't have achieved it without our staff. We always say that customer feedback is important to us and this shows that we listen to what our customers want. We hope we can maintain the title next year."
Ebuyer featured in the top spot ahead of Maplin, PC World and Amazon. The survey by OC&C's survey was published last week in The Times.
