June 02, 2009 - Bay Area, CA - On Friday, May 15 from 5-8 p.m. East Bay MINI celebrated in “open” style. The 2nd annual Open House and Charity Wine Tasting was attended by approximately 200 guests that viewed the all-new MINI Convertible and other MINI models. MINI enthusiasts came, saw and fell in love with the all-new MINI Convertible. They oooh’ed and ahhh’ed at the all-new MINI Convertible while sampling exotic scrumptious food and fine wine while enjoying the live music of a local band—Night Shift.
East Bay MINI would like to thank the Livermore Winegrowers Association Members—Wente Vineyards, Steven Kent Winery, Ruby Hill Winery, Eagle Ridge Vineyards, Deer Ridge Vineyards and Crooked Vine Winery for generously donating wine for the event.
The three hour party was a success and all proceeds from the event were donated to the Taylor Family Foundation benefiting Camp Arroyo, a camp for special needs children, and the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation for the local children’s charities they support.
