March 18, 2007 - According to the agreement, the two companies will co-operate on marketing and selling their products and in future also on product development of electronic signatures.
With the agreement, the E-Lock product family's networking and digital signature client applications developed especially for the MicroSoft environment are accompanied with the Avain technologies X-suite product family's browser based open standard solutions for electronic signatures, forms, and long time archiving. This is expected to strengthen the market position for both companies, domestically and globally.
