July 25, 2008 - Dynalab Test Systems offers a full line of cable testers. NX Cable Testers provide low voltage testing to verify that cables/harnesses are properly assembled. NX Hipot Cable Testers provide the additional capability of dielectric withstand and insulation resistance testing of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
All Dynalab Cable Testers are programmed with the NX Editor software, and offer the following capabilities:
- Print a label when the cable/harness passes
- Restrict the operator from altering the test program
- Identify operator for labels and data collection
- Verify the bar code label is applied to the cable/harness
- Transfer programs to the tester via a memory card
- Send alerts if the cable/harness is removed before the test completes
- Connect to a network for file transfer and data collection
- Function as a standalone system without needing a computer
