Emeril’s new oven mitts are made with patented hot and cold resistant FLXaPrene™ material that is stain resistant, water repellant, and has a textured grip for added safety. FLXaPrene™ is top-shelf dishwasher safe. The FLXaPrene™ material offers heavy-duty protection for temperatures of –134° F to 500° F (-92° C to 260° C).
