    Traders can now avail Oman Insurance Company 's innovative marine cargo covers through "Tradeshield", Dubai Trade's unique online insurance platform. The new agreement between the two business entities will pave the way towards comprehensive insurance protection from OIC for transportation of goods to their final destination. With the online portal traders can forgo lengthy export procedures. It allows them to review insurance quotes, make payments and receive the policy - all at the click of a button.

    Dubai Trade's online insurance portal, Tradeshield, has been created to address the surge in cargo insurance enquiries and to streamline the complex insurance process that is mandatory for trade and supply chain service providers in the UAE. The online platform gives traders easy and simple access to a wide range of insurance covers from most of the leading insurance companies in the area.
