April 29, 2009 - DTE Energy Co.'s annual shareholders meeting will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 30, in the Town Square of the company's downtown Detroit headquarters.
DTE Energy Chairman and CEO Anthony F. Earley Jr., and Gerard M. Anderson, DTE Energy president, will address shareholders. Members of senior management will be available immediately after the meeting to answer questions from the media.
Members of the media and general public may listen to the annual meeting live online at 10 a.m. at www.dteenergy.com.
Members of the media attending the annual shareholders meeting must enter DTE Energy headquarters through the MGM Grand Casino parking garage. The second-floor entrance is on the east side of the parking garage, on Third Avenue at the I-75 service drive in Detroit.
